What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Pinnto collects when you create or use a Pinnto account, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Pinnto identity service and every Pinnto app you sign in to.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and profile picture, which you provide when you create an account.
• Sign-in activity — when and how you sign in, including the device, browser, and approximate network location, to keep your account secure.
• Verification data — one-time codes and login links we send you exist only for the few minutes needed to verify ownership of your email address.

How we use your information

We use your information to authenticate you, keep your account safe, provide customer support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content for advertising.

When we share your information

When you sign in to a Pinnto app, we share your name, email address, and profile picture with that app so it can provide the service you asked for. If you choose to sign in with a third-party provider, that provider shares profile information with us under its own privacy policy.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes — we never see them. Sessions ride encrypted, httpOnly cookies and can be revoked anytime from your Pinnto Account. We keep account data while your account is active, and delete it when you ask us to.
